We believe wellness coaching is vital for cancer survivors because it provides personalized support to address the unique challenges survivors face, helping them rebuild and maintain a higher quality of life. Includes:

Reviewing a survivor’s cancer diagnosis and treatment

In depth questionnaire to assess their physical and emotional needs and creating a goal log for both short and long-term goals

Identifying and creating management strategies to help them cope with physical, emotional and social effects of their cancer and cancer treatments

Recommending ways to improve health through stress reduction, nutrition, exercise, & weight management

Creating a personalized follow-up care program with monthly assessment and coaching support

Providing referrals and resources for healing experts, such as sexual wellness, behavioral health and integrative specialists

1-Hour Therapeutic Support

While massage and skin care cannot treat cancer in itself, it can help reduce the side effects of medical treatments and medication resulting in the improved mental health, overall sense of well being and quality of life of the patients. All sessions are provided by a trained and licensed massage therapist.

Guided Nervous System Regulation

Often called “yogic sleep,” this is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation technique that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Practiced lying down, it’s designed to bring physical, mental, and emotional healing by calming the nervous system and guiding awareness inward.
